There are multiples reasons to game crashes. Please follow the steps below.

Turn off all application running in background apart from PUBG Mobile.
Check the version of your OS and update to latest version if required.
Check your network(Wi-Fi/data) connection.
Change the graphic settings on PUBG Mobile to smooth and high fps.
Settings -> select 'PUBG Mobile' -> select 'storage' -> clear all data and cache.

NB :Clearing data will remove game resources and maps. @true bluff

When will pubg mobile fix this bugs for phoenix os.Guns does not loads up on hand in TDM even after selecting the gun from loadout. Team mates and enemy are seen to be standing in their spawning position in tdm without guns.I can pick up ammo but when i check bag the whole bag is empty. I get the notification when someone get knocked. My ping is ok. When team mate fires at enemy there is gun firing flash even though i see them without guns. Reported so many times but they are taking too long to fix the problem.
In the screenshot you can see that i dont have any gun even though my team mate see that i am holding a gun!

my average in-game ping is 120, while from speed tests i get 1ms ping
I have a brand new 5G router, my internet speed is 500 mbps
My PC is a beast and it is connected directly to router via a cat 8 Ethernet cable

sometimes ping jumps to 180~200 or even more, which makes the game unplayable

Speedtests use servers that are just a few miles from you. Unfortunately, pubg mobile doesn't have nearly as many servers as speedtest does. 120ms, as far as online games go, is not that high. In online gaming terms, high ping is above 300ms.

Sometimes the broadband providers/game itself filter IPs and changes its route. Usually resetting IP by calling the ISP fixes the issue. Alternatively, using mobile data fixes the issue as well. Can you try using mobile data and let us know if you still get matched with them?

While using ram cleaners isn't against the rules, I highly recommend that people don't use them. At best, they're just placebos. At worst, they make your device perform worse. The Android OS is quite capable of properly managing ram, it doesn't need third-party help.

That won't help @half jungle. If the app fails to open the the site or link where you have to grant access, then it's an issue with either facebook site or app. You have to contact Facebook support regarding the issue

@valid wharf Open your Facebook account, click on the three lines (or dots) on the top right corner to open settings, scroll down and click on "Settings and Privacy" again on Settings and then "Apps and Websites" then "Logged in with Facebook" and you'll be able to see the games you have on Facebook.Click on PUBGM and click on Remove.

If you don't have access to your Facebook account that can't be done.
