@cosmic spruce I see, it looks like itunes is preventing the game from charging. Can you install an app calls "Apple Support?" Ask them to cancel the pending payment you have. You might have to copy the transaction ID. Once they cancel it, hopefully you can make the purchase again.

I asked the previous person to make a handcam video to report the issue but their game was fixed by reinstalling the game+ensuring their multitouch was working. Can you try these methods and let me know if these works? Sowwy there's no straight forward solution to this.
