the anticheat system is doing great by banning tons of players, the game is growing and as a result the hacks get developed everyday, thanks to pubgm for improving the anticheat system, back to your question @tight ibex, the anticheat system detects violations and ban cheaters, to review the cause of ban, you have to go to customer support to request security team review to the ban, and this will require time due to the amount of bans/claims every day.
