If by "old account" you mean your Global version account, no, those count as two separate games. If it is your previous Beta account, it might have been saved if you linked a social media account. However it is not guaranteed, as it's a Beta version there could have been loss.

It is not clear, it just states you have broken rules, @crude trench.
Be aware that any unauthorized third-party app such as GFX tools triggers a 10-year ban.
Teaming up with cheaters, even if you don't cheat yourself, and other offences can trigger a 10-year ban.
Uninstall any third-party app that might interfere with game files, and reinstall your Global version to be sure the files aren't tempered (like custom voices).
Unfortunately there's nothing we can do except telling you to secure your Global version account. You can try using the [File Claim] option, however it is not likely to be useful as it's Beta version.

It is completely normal if it is not showing any progress. The beta version is downloading in background. It may take time according to your internet connection. So please wait patiently till in downloads .
After downloading the game log in via guest account.

How to trust the app in iOS?
If the game is showing this "app/game is not trusted" error then follow the following instructions:
Go to your device settings then click on profile .Select the Beta PUBG MOBILE app. Tap trust this app to be able to play the game.
