Well, If your friend didn’t cheat why did he got banned first place and then PUBGM won’t ban players randomly for 10-years if you read the Terms Of Service you can see it too that if system finds the player “hacking, cheating or using 3rd party” its insta-10-year ban/suspension and he have to wait 10 years to get unbanned BUT... If your friend really didn’t cheat you can always contact with customer support and tell them your story they might return you in 2-4 business day or something..

If your account has been banned, you will not be able to use it before the ban period finishes.

In order to ensure a fair game environment, our Anti-Cheating System will always keep an eye on players' behaviour in game strictly. Any rule violations in the game will be punished after detected by system .

Some common violations that will be detected by the system are as follows:

1. Use any cheating tools in the game;
2. Use any plug-in/auxiliary programs;
3. Any changes of client file data illegally;
4. Team games with cheating teammates multiple times.

And please note that any behaviour breaking the rules of game may lead your account being banned. In addition,please download PUBG Mobile from the App Store/Google Play Store to play the game. Unofficial/Cracked game clients are not supported and will lead to your account being banned.
