@fleet plaza I seems the app somehow alters the map feature in game. I'm not totally sure what it does but it is not recommended to use. You can download map images from google with indicators showing possible places with good loots and use a different device to look at it or multitask using the same device. This is a safer move than that.

Sometimes it does not count the EXP for my rank if I played in a server out of Europe

@desert stream Every server has different rankings. If you click the Season tab at the lower left corner, it will show the highest tier ranking you have among all servers.
But you can check you tiers in individual servers by going to Profile > Tier overview.
There are different tier rankings for different servers, game mode(TPP/FPP) and Team (Solo/Duo/Squad).

You should not get a Legendary item for the first two achievements in a row.
According to the counter, you received a legendary item from crates on the 29th draw and it reset, it shows the highest consecutive times you did not receive any Legendary item.
As soon as you receive it, the counter resets and you will have to try again all over.
The same explaination goes for the Jinxed 3 and 4, except it counts Mythic or above rarity items.

Ping issues may occur due to Internet connection strength, the country of players you are teaming with or Server overload.
