@night cloak Go to settings and clear ingame cache. Game crashes happen due to corrupt files. After you clear cache, the game will tell you to redownload the resources. That will fix your problem.

It appears that several other Samsung Galaxy J6+ users have reported similar issues, @night cloak. Perhaps the game is not very well optimized for this device of yours. Try to keep the background processes to a minimum, ensure that your battery is charged, and play on low/moderate graphics. I am not sure what else to suggest, really.

•Go to Internal storage/Android/Data
•copy the folder called com.tencent.ig and paste it in some other location/a safer place. This is your backup data.
•Then go to Internal Storage/Android/obb
•Find the tencent obb file and rename it by adding 1 in the file name.
•Now uninstall the game.
•Check your dms for the file i am sending and install it.
•After you install do not click open.
•Go to file manager, find the folder(com.tencent.ig) you pasted in safe location. Copy those files to Internal Storage/Android/data
•Go to Internal Storage/Android/Obb and rename the tencent obb file and remove the 1 which i had told you to add before.

@summer pumice This issue is directly related to Facebook. Contact facebook support regarding recovery of your social media. That is the only way you can get back to your PUBG Mobile account. Also make sure your game account is connected to atleast 2 social media so that you do not encounter such issues again.

The counter resets as soon as you get a legendary item and you will have to start over again.
It clearly states you have to not get a legendary item from crates costing 120UC or more 30 times in a row
