@crisp swallow Most of the cheater use emulator. They use anti-ban and also bypass emulator detection. As a result anti- cheat system don't work for then. So, they don't get ban. . Also, anti-cheat system is not perfect. As a result, some time normal people get ban without any reason
there's no such thing as anti-ban, if reported and taken a look over it'll 100% be justified if seen as a cheater @night cloak , also there's no such thing as a "ban for no reason"

Hey, I’m having issues ADS-ing. Just started today. When I go into a match, the team list is overlaid on top of my ADS button. In both FPP and TPP controls, it shows the list lower, where it should be. No matter what, it’s stuck in the default position when I go into any kind of match. I’ve restarted the app, to no avail. It allows me to ADS for a split second (not even fully scoped), but then undoes it. I’m afraid pressing repair client could reset my controls completely. Is this a safe/only option or has this bug been fixed with another solution?

@frozen forge the jinxed achievement counter is reset when you get a legendary item. I.e. it gets stuck on the maximum number of crates opened in a row till you got a legendary item.
You have to open 30 crates in row without getting any legendary item else the counter gets reset to zero and you have to try again from the start.

@kind sage The game right now renders enemy till a maximum distance of 400m radius. The lag is present in every device but can be minimized based on the device performance. It is present in both iphones and android devices but goes unnoticed due to better processors of ios devices.

@slow sparrow The issue is not related to the server you play in. The error is caused when a network is changed or the server is not able to match the data recieved from your device/network with the data already present in the server.
I suggest you follow the instructions given in the pinned message or refer to faq 1.4 in #481198147478224896

@wooden oasis Thank you for reporting the hacker/cheater. This will definately help speed up the process of the said user getting banned. It takes a bit of time as there are a lot of cheaters being reported every minute and the system has to investigate all the reported accounts individually.

@simple haven your problem is directly related to facebook. We cannot provide support if you lose your account because of loss of the social media account. Always make sure you link atleast 2 social media accounts to the game so that you do not lose access due to any reason. For now just contact facebook support and try to get back access to your social media.
