Just report your issue there and give required things like character ID and Google purchase mail Screen shot. They will respond and hopefully you will get your purchases in 48 hours or so.

Hello guys i have a problem, i played crew challenge group stage yesterday and there was a team with a guy hacking. he did it very smart only used it at the first game and the team got the first place ranking and qualified for finals.
I have a record and just the stats prouves it because first game they killed 27 peoples and the two last they just died with only 2-4kills....

If you get a team mate who is using scripts and if you report him then only his merit will be reduced and a report will be made. But since you were in his team and not using anything so you won't be having any change in your merit.

@silver grail If you are the one reporting your team mates then you won't be getting merit deduction. But since your team mate(s) are using 3rd party things and when they will kill someone then the dead players will report your whole team and maybe you will get your merit reduced based on that.

@brisk knot I did and honestly you didnt even played total 5 matches in 2 seasons. You are a season 4 player and you only played 2 matches in season 4. Then you stayed offline for whole 2 seasons. Every season rank resets and usually you lose like minimum of 1-2 tiers. You are logging in after 2 Seasons and even before the loggin in and ranking up your initial rank was bronze V. Now for the final conclusion I would just say that the ranking system is working perfectly fine. You never ranked up so therefore your rank is still in bronze V. Play at least 10 more games and then report any issue.

Its based on payments so before i used one of my emails to buy uc or anything from Pubg(visa card) and now i switched to Google Play Cards(buyable in store) to try so problem occured i couldnt add that code from card on account(old one with visa card) because i was back then locates in different country and problem is whenever i try to buy uc it opens my account with visa which i dont want to use and i couldnt find a way to switch to other account i also tried to uninstall game and install it from that new account(with Google Play Card Balance?) and didnt work it still opens and asks to buy with first one and it seems i just wasted money...

If you redeemed it in your new account then I guess you just have to remove all your google accounts from your device and then just log in with new google account where you redeemed your gift card and after that you can make in game purchses with new account. But just be sure to write or remember all accounts passwords because you will need to add them again.

I tried to hunt bots in bronze many times. I think I never managed to kill more than 20. They spawning far away and even vehicle not helping to find them.

I just got killed by Global Top 3 Conquerors Middle East in my recent match. This ahole killed me underwater even when I was full boosted. I'm tired of getting killed by these crow outfit hackers. Pubg should enforce a direct ban community based on video evidence proof. Because most of the Top 500 in every single server are hackers. :/
Also, reporting on profile doesn't seem to work on it's on. I think there is a threshold that needs to reach first like maybe 100 reports then it gets detected or something. Just annoyed by getting killed underwater for 5th time this season while pushing in top 500. :/

@rotund marlin tier protection is if u reach a new tier and for example u have 3915 points, if u die early and assuming you would loose 30 points, instead of losing those 30 points you only lose 15 points and end up in 3900. Next game if u die early again it goes bellow that point.

It's a buffer.
If you're in the lowest sub tier, say Gold 5 or Diamond 5 or Silver 5 etc, you get the buffer thrice.
That is to say, if you have 2400 points at Platinum 5(random number, I don't remember the exact) and you lose a match at #65 you WILL NOT get demoted to the next tier(you won't be demoted to Gold 1). This will happen 1 time, and if you still lose after that you will get demoted.
For sub tiers 1 to 4, the buffer will activate once. Suppose you have the minimum points needed for Bronze 3. If you lose a match then, you won't go to Bronze 4. The buyer activates that once. If you lose again, you will go to Bronze 4.
Ace and Crown Conquerer tiers have 3 buffers I believe.

@neat heron Maybe your tier is high. Higher tier usually have longer matchmaking time. Try playing in a different mode for now and try again solo later.
