Hi, wanted to ask that my account was stolen 16 months ago but i didnt had payments and some information prepared for claim with the support page 1.0 version and now its too old to work as it seems. I have payments and every bit of information about that account from 2018-2022 May but i cant get back my account because the recovery system states that it needs to be 30-180 days old or it needs to be from last 6 months which i dont have. I had the account for about 2 weeks and then the guy did a claim because he had all the information. I was able to ask for another chance ( 3 months after succesful claim i would not be able to do claim) but i still cant succed because either iam missing something or the system decides that account is not mine because of device used in last 6 months and IP adress was not that.
