There is a miss understanding, That wasn't my question. My question is why it doesn't show for all the devices with 120hz screen refresh rate, Hardware isn't really a problem, The game will get smoother still specially in TDM 1v1 matches. Redmi note 6 pro only has 2 FPS option in game [ Low and Medium] but when I use the GFX Tool it really shows a massive improvement with the extreme option. I see no reasons to disable the options if it makes it smoother despite the devices hardware specs.

I am not aware of any method to do so, the season goal function is based on the mode your rank is the highest in. To vaguely determine how many points you need for conqueror ranks in different modes, you may check out the leaderbords and see how many points the top 100 players have, then you deduct that amount by a bit and you have a rough idea of how many points it requires.

Alternatively you could ask other players who ranked up to conqueror on the same server and the same mode.
