My friend contacted customer service from the mobile who was using it and sent the first 3 screenshots of google play payments for buying UC. especially, this hacker who stole PUBG account of my friend added phone number as secondary protection

BUT, Yahoo email of my friend still connected to the PUBG Mobile account. And still my friend get on emails from PUBG Mobile from time to time.

That's mean that the customer service still understand that this account has been hacked. And therefore, the PUBG Mobile account still linked by my friend's Yahoo mail.

But when my Friend try to login to his PUBG Mobile account by his Yahoo mail through the code which be valid for 1800 seconds, he stopped by the verification code which connected to the hacker mobile number.

So after the new great simple improvements which done with the customer service. My friend tried again and made the 4 steps and we only entered the UID of the hacked PUBG Mobile account. And after that this message pop-up

Is this mean that we are on the right trace ? Or this mean that this hacker was faster than us and made claim file before us?
