Oh and I have to say that I tried to contact this server right after my account was hacked too. I asked if they could do anything and I don’t remember if they said I could other than contact in game customer support. What he did was essentially purposefully temp banned me from my account after unlinking my Twitter from the account. As you may be aware, it takes 7days for an account to unlink I’m pretty sure so he had me banned for like 7 days or 10 days i dont remember anymore Becuz this was like 2 years ago.

Once you open crate #51, the bar starts again from 1 instead of 51, so in Total if you have reached crate number 50 once already and it shows 30 that means you have opened 80(50+30) crates

Probably the UC was deducted because you had unofficial purchases previously or refunded an amount. Check your inbox ingame you will have a message indicating the amount which was deducted.

After reading your faq. I need to tell you that i was not violating any rule. I already appeal the file in game but rejected. Its was emulator issue. After the pubg update this issues occurs otherwise my game was working fine. This all happens due to update in game. Before update my gaming experience was good. Kindly fix this issue otherwise my current RP will miss and i dont want like that.
