Ahh ok yea then I have no clue. My ex’s account almost got hacked though one of her social accounts and we were able to disconnect all of the other devices link to the account but you need access to your account to do that. It is true that there isn’t really much they can do here to help you give back control but I’ve heard about stories in the past where my friends have lost there account completely and they were able to select the stolen one and essentially replace it via I’m app support but that was a long time ago.
