I've been playing pubg for more than 5 years now and my account level is 87 and spent lots of money in that account
My account got hacked and the hacker managed to unlink all my social media and email and link his social media and number in that account even though i tried to log in the account which requires 7 days to unlink...i tried to recover my account from the app itself...i gave all the right informations but the email i gave to link my account with after all the investigation done is linked with a pubgm account(which isn't really link to an account cause it was the email the account was previously linked which the hacker doesn't have access anymore ) for that reason pubgm just sent me a mail telling me i should resubmit my claim and it hasn't even asked for other email address that i have so he can link it with that...
The issue is that I cannot resubmit because after a successful claim you can submit only after 3 to 6 months
But after 3 to 6 months the question that will be asked by pubg again will not have the same answers the answers will be changed cause the hacker now have access to the account...how can i resubmit the file claim without waiting for 3 months... i don't even know how to get my account back..i have payment proof and the device in which i played mostly..hopefully u can help me out with it ... sorry for my bad English

alright, well what your saying is that as soon as you get into closer range combat, your game starts lagging, right?
Usually, that is an issue with its origin on your device and not the game itself. You might wanna check your iPad Storage, restart the device and maybe try and reduce the framerate to test if the lags originate from the high quality.
Either way, it is most likely not a problem, this support can provide manual help with. Just my personal advice on how to maybe check the abilities of your device. iPads work pretty well tho, mostly.

To begin with, please perform a routine repair of the game from login menu, clear game cache and reset your device network settings through Settings > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth and confirm the process using the Reset settings option. Restart your device and try to play again.

Bruh why did they added those stupidass wow modes. We already have to wait so much time for matchmaking and now even more as people gonna play those. They dont even make any sense
