So I don’t know if it’s a lag problem or not, however I’ve been getting in gun fights where I will get about 5-7 hitmarkers in close quarters when the enemy will only shoot about 3 or 4 times and I die… it all body not headshots too. So I understand that body does way less damage then headshot but it still not the issue, the issue is that I’m hitting an enemy at least 6-8 time to only get them low. While they hit me 4 times in the body at least and I’m either dead or knocked… btw my ping is a constant 30-50.

I've been banned wrongfully. I got a notice that my account is banned for 7 days and i can't log in. The notice says that I've been actively and multiple times recently teaming up with cheaters "knowingly", when in reality I didn't even know. Pubg can't even give the cheaters name for me to know, instead pubg right away just bans me when i am innocent. I was with 2 of my friends in a squad and got banned on my first game of the day while my other friends didn't even get banned. How is that fair? Ban the cheater not the teammate, how is one supposed to know that someone is cheating. + players just report others because they get mad that they died, which is unfair because if enough players ban you for the same reason you can get banned even if you are innocent. It is unfair to ban the teammate, you can never know if they know they are playing with cheaters or not, soo you can't blame the teammate that isn't using cheats in any situation, you don't even know if the teammate knows if his friend is cheating. I already asked for help about it 2 times and got the same response and no one helped me from the pubg team, I was searching on Google how to get help and and ask pubg to unban me. I was getting the same answer from pubg help support saying to give screenshots with my account name, sadly I couldn't do that because i can't even log in.
