4 days ago I wrote here, asking for the best way to highlight an anomaly in the odds displayed for an in-game event. I was asked to post in #996458713126797405 and I did.
As yet there has been no response. I have spent considerably more money than I had to in order to fulfil the criteria for the event when looking at the odds displayed. Could i please ask either for a response or to be sent in the right direction to get a response from Tencent?

I don’t wish to be disrespectful, but whilst you are right that the following week is Chinese New Year, the previous week wasn’t. Whilst others seem to feel that it’s just Tencent deliberately cheating people, I have so far taken the more conciliatory view that it’s most likely a mistake - but that doesn’t become easier when it feels like I’m being ignored presumably in the hope I just go away.
I know you are not a Tencent employee and what I write isn’t directed at you (I appreciate the fact you answer), but right is right and wrong is wrong and it feels very wrong to be told to likely have to wait at least another week for a response to something that was raised 4 days ago.
In the meantime, Tencent will happily be collecting money from other people with the same problem - not reasonable business practice by anyone, let alone an organisation as large as Tencent.
We hope you can understand that there are a lot of other things that our community manager is in charge of, which could have taken a large amount of her time during that week.

Whilst I think it reflects badly on Tencent to drag its heels here (they presumably wouldn’t be doing that if the odds were more generous than shown), I don’t think I have much choice but to wait.

It seems to be an issue with your Internet connection that it cannot connect to the game's server. I suggest you to first try restarting your router. You can also restart your Internet connection, switch between cellular data and Wi-Fi, and if it does not help, you should contact your Internet service provider. There was a problem with it and the developers said I cant use it because of my device specs so i switched to the phoenix os darkmatter

This explains it. While there are different emulators available, the only recommended emulator to play the game is GameLoop. Keep in mind that players using third-party emulators will not match with players using GameLoop.

Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection and try to reset your network settings. You can reset your network settings through device Settings > Connection & sharing > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile networks and Bluetooth. I haven’t played PUBG for a long time cuz of all its bugs, now I come on it for once and it mutes me for looking for a teammate in the world chat. This is outrageous! How is its violation detection mechanisms so bad that it mutes me for a week just for putting in my player card and asking for a teammate with a mic?! This was one of the reasons I left the game for so long, now I’m back and it mutes me again. I ask customer support they just give me a bot. You can try to search for account registration date in your social media account settings or when you downloaded the game through Play/App store.

Tencent needs to fix the invisible wall in the mid range shooting range in the cheer park, there is an invisible wall covering large parts behind the waterfall, this is not a problem but there is a target found behind it which makes anything above 106 very difficult. I hope devs can fix.

sorry I think i realized what i did wrong, I didn't kill the 3 enemies in one shot in the head
In pubg I am troubling two bugs.
First is, when making a hot drop in martial arena character is getting stuck everytime, no character is showing and I am like going into the wall, and no controls are working at the moment and can't see enemy or can't play for around 1 and 1 .5 min that's enough for getting killed!!!!
Secondly, in Spiderman mode the gripping hook would work properly but this martial gripping hook can bring me to the gripped place but can't get up on it. I mean if I use it to climb it fails too much!!
And is there any process to report a killed hacker? Once I killed a speed hacker after getting him knocked he boosted his speed too 😂 but as I finished him i got no chance to report!!
