If all the social media accounts have been removed and if you do not have access to your PUBG MOBILE account, it is highly unlikely that customer service will be able to help you with this. You can still try to contact the customer service through inside the game or create a new account to continue playing the game.

After that try to perform a routine repair of the game from login menu, clear game cache and restart your device. Try to play with gyroscope again and see if it will make any difference.
