I see that the reason for getting a ban is "using third party tools" and it is banned from 10.12.2022 at 19:53. However, there is a situation like this, my computer is turned off at that time and no one has my account password. Although I was banned on that date and time, I was in the game on 11.12.2022 between 00.00 - 05.10. Me and my 3 friends play on Nusa map every night between 00.00 and 05.00. After I said let's play our last match with my friends, a few minutes after landing in the Sunset region on the map, I got a warning that your account will be blocked, and then I could not log in to the game again. Likewise, my account was banned from the game due to this systematic mistake, and my friends' leagues were reduced to the Bronze 3 league. No, emulator players will only match with other players using emulator. As for matchmaking, it is related to how many players are currently in the queue. If there are not enough players players, the match will not start. Also, keep in mind that emulators have relatively less players compared to mobile platform, so a higher matchmaking time can be expected. You can try disable the matchmaking preferences or switch to a different game mode.
