Hello @polar marsh , help me fix this. I can't join any Other Games such as Sniper Training, War or Quick Match. My account is back now. They unbanned me. I have my account now. And I've checked the #faq, it doesn't say anything what will happen if Tencent wrongfully suspended my account. They banned me in 2019 for 10 years, then unbanned my account after 3 months waiting. during that 3 months, I lost lots of money and hours. Then in 2020 same mistake again, they wrongfully suspended my account for 10 years, but this time it took 2 years for them to unbanned my account. I clearly did not violate their terms of service or use any cheat/tools whatsoever. Clearly it's their fault. They rely on manual review reports which doesn't make sense and is unfair on any level. And you saying pubg mobile has security system ? what a joke !
