Hello @polar marsh , help me fix this. I can't join any Other Games such as Sniper Training, War or Quick Match. For example, when I start the match (war games) it's been matching for more than 6 minutes, while the estimated waiting time was only 37 seconds. What I've been tried to fix this so far:

Because emulator players are only matched with other emulator players. Match making duration depends on how many players are currently matching/playing in that specific mode, map, perspective combination and timing in your selected server, especially for emulators, if there are not enough players, your match making time will be longer than usual. This is unfortunately not something that we can assist you, if you want faster match making, you should consider playing the mobile version of the game instead.
As far as I know, you may get a rename card by doing return missions for staying inactive for at least 28 days.
I'm understand that emulator players are only matched with other emulator players. But the weird thing is my friend is using the same emulator as me, and he can easily join 'Other Games'.
Maybe you can join his team and see if you can get faster in match making.

There is a daily device login limit, meaning you can only log into an account on a few number of devices, and not more than the limit. You can try again after 24 hours has passed, and use a device that has already logged into the game in the meantime.

If the emulator team has phone/tablet players, the lobby will have a mix of phone/tablet and emulator players. So there's the possibility of mobile device opponents, but there's a warning given to mobile players that they will be matched with emulator players and they can leave the team if they wish.

My account is back now. They unbanned me. I have my account now. And I've checked the #faq, it doesn't say anything what will happen if Tencent wrongfully suspended my account. They banned me in 2019 for 10 years, then unbanned my account after 3 months waiting. during that 3 months, I lost lots of money and hours. Then in 2020 same mistake again, they wrongfully suspended my account for 10 years, but this time it took 2 years for them to unbanned my account. I clearly did not violate their terms of service or use any cheat/tools whatsoever. Clearly it's their fault. They rely on manual review reports which doesn't make sense and is unfair on any level. And you saying pubg mobile has security system ? what a joke !

i get it, the socalled automated system detects abnormal behavior, whatever, it's actually triggered by getting reports from other players. But, if there are 1,2,3 consecutive observations on the account, and nothing is found as cheating, why it keeps popping up?
This does not mean that you will be banned if you play with someone using an emulator, this is just a note that you will meet players using an emulator in matches, not mobile players.
If one emulator player matches with a squad of mobile players, the entire squad will play on the emulator server.

I have a problem in my in-game ping. Even though when I use the speed test app, the ping is 8 and when I contacted the internet provider, everything was good. When I login into the game, the ping reaches an astonishing 96 and 114, and much higher. I didn't change my server, and my ping was constantly 20 before. This problem started to happen yesterday.
