The reason why the loading screen get stuck is usually caused by network/signal instability in your current area, please try the following.

He got banned twice for ten years. The first one was in 2019, but after 3 months Tencent unban his acc, he clearly never cheat whatsoever. Tencent made a mistake. I never heard anyone getting their acc back once they got banned for 10 years. But he did get it back, so Tencent made a mistake.
Then in 2020, same thing, he got banned again for 10 years. But this time, it took longer. Took him almost 2 years to get his account back.
Tencent made mistakes twice and damaged his reputation. It costs him a lot because he made new accounts and started all over again twice. He missed lots of stuff because of it.
Every time he gets his account unbanned, Tencent doesn't even apologize or give his tier back.

Hi. A couple of questions, how to reduce the screen resolution in the game? Very small letters and interface, and sometimes it becomes even smaller. Can the game be optimized? Because often jumps fps, which makes friezes pictures. It's not 60, it's 30, and the same thing happens.
