Whenever I join a team of different region, I'm unable to communicate with through voice chat. They can hear me but I can't hear them back.

When a game is finished, this is the message on the screen

" The current voice channel has automatically changed, go to settings to change it back" or something.

He got banned twice for ten years. The first one was in 2019, but after 3 months Tencent unban his acc, he clearly never cheat whatsoever. Tencent made a mistake. I never heard anyone getting their acc back once they got banned for 10 years. But he did get it back, so Tencent made a mistake.

Then in 2020, same thing, he got banned again for 10 years. But this time, it took longer. Took him almost 2 years to get his account back.

Tencent made mistakes twice and damaged his reputation. It costs him a lot because he made new accounts and started all over again twice. He missed lots of stuff because of it.
Every time he gets his account unbanned, Tencent doesn't even apologize or give his tier back.

Poor guy. 🤣

Hi. A couple of questions, how to reduce the screen resolution in the game? Very small letters and interface, and sometimes it becomes even smaller. Can the game be optimized? Because often jumps fps, which makes friezes pictures. It's not 60, it's 30, and the same thing happens. You put Low in the Frames per second section, then there are 20 frames that also jump and it is impossible to play at all.

Merits can be increased through good game conduct on your playtime and match behaviors in the following ways:

• +3 scores for finishing a match in the top 10
• +2 scores for finishing a match in 11th-50th place
• +1 score for finishing a match in 51st-100th place

*If you have 100 merits, your BP limit for the day will be increased by 200 and Challenge Point earnings from matches will increase by 5.

  • If your merit is between 60 to 79, you will not be able to find a match for rank modes or participate in Metro Royale and your EXP and BP earnings will be reduced by 50%.
    *If your merit is lower than 60, your EXP and BP earnings will be reduced by 70% and you will not be able to find a match for rank modes or multiplayer modes (including Classic and Arena).
  • If your merit is lower than 20, you can only find matches for the versus AI mode, and your EXP and BP will be reduced by 90%.

You can locate the merit system from your Profile Page > Merit System. Merit history can be viewed for the past 1 month.
