I don’t understand why my game is lagging like that. The charge capacity is good I just fixed it, even if it’s 100% it does that. My internet is great (mostly 20ms), my phone doesn’t get hot when this happens. My phone has enough space yet I have only Pubg and some pictures. I deleted some stuff inside the game. I don’t understand what else I can do. Pls help, it’s been like that for the last 2 or 3 days.

In the record we can see it gets to 170 ms but it’s because I started recording, most of the time it’s 20ms

To start with, please perform a routine repair of the game from login menu and reset your device settings through Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings, @left prism. Restart your device and try to play again. As for the high latency or unstable in-game latency, it should be because of your network connection. If the issue persists after you reset your device settings, try to switch between Cellular and Wi-Fi network or switch to a different internet connection.

I didn’t get any reaction from you. I’ve sent the message with the report system in the app of the game.
So maybe you can have a look at that, here? Why do my bullets disappear, if I don’t use them, while it is stated that they won’t. It costs me a lot of money if I always have to buy the disappeared bullets again. The picture shows the result: I lost 15 bullets (7.62) of the green ones and 2 of the purple ones (.300)

I usually play with auto matching on, last night one person kept coming as my random teammate multiple times, his gameplay was suspicious and I reported him through in game report feature, even tho I reported him he still showed up in my next match as my teammate (No intentional teamup) and i cant leave match on spawn island due to match merit penalty (in game feature), 10 mins into the game and the suspicious dude got disconnected and after match i got a message saying that he has been banned for 10 years, I played couple of more matches and after a while I went to sleep , when I opened game now I realized that I have been banned
I have video evidence of my legit rank grind as well as screenshot proof that 4 matches were played in which that person was my random teammate as well as the time when i reported him
this ban is totally unfair it hurts the honest players who keep the game clean by reporting people
I'd like my ban to be removed please
(in this season i have reported a total of 8 people which were my random teammates and 7 of them have been banned)
