Sadly it got hacked and after a very long fight with the hacker the hacker gave up and activated a plugin which blocked me from access then joined a game with a hacker which caused the account to be banned for 10 years (1 year ago).
I already reported to game support at that time through the app it self but duo to the long delay in response and actions I would have been able to remove the hacker but pubg mobile support took very long until the hacker managed to get the account banned.

I have a persisting technical issue with the game that was reported before but it seem to be on and off so the last year.
Basically, me and my friend who play together cannot get into matches. We are forever stuck in the queue. This has been going on for many months until the recent update - we were getting in matches within seconds, until today.. and now we cannot get into any games again. The only thing I can think of is that one of us lives in the US and the other the UK. I've played this game since day one and never had an issue until the region updates. Yes we have tried to repair our games and yes it is an issue with other players too. We have had a full team of friends previously and we were not able to get past match making. For a while we were only able to get into Payload and certain arena type matches. If we pick squads with the 2 of us + random MM, it will find 2 other players and show 4/4, but the game will not begin.
I'm not sure why today it has came back. We have been playing no problem since the latest update almost every day. We would get into matches within seconds and now we are stuck
With further testing, it seems both Ranked and Unranked 100 player matches do not work. Also possibly Arcade. So far we have only been able to play the new arena matches.

No. Pubgm did not remove login method through the VK. You have to install VK social network app first to make it appear in login menu

If you have waited for long enough and still have not received the verification code in your e-mail, you should contact the in-game customer service for further assistance in this regard.
