I sent message to PUBG mobile with all of proofs that the account belongs to me with all of the screenshot of payment receipts since 2 years but they refused to help me because I don’t have any social media linked to my account. If you do not have access to any othe login methods connected with the same PUBG MOBILE account, it is highly unlikely that customer service will be able to recover your account. You may need to create a new account to continue playing the game.

As the region of your account is outside of Turkey, it is not possible to load, you can only get it from our GLOBAL or EPIN products. when i get uc i get wood

in Africa we are playing on Europe server and we get 20-40ping if we matched all Africans players but since last update we all getting 165+ ping and its very hard to compete against players who get less ping.
