Regarding the first issue you can choose the Interface tag and for the second issue you can choose the Gameplay tag.
Match making duration depends on how many players are currently matching/playing in that specific mode, map, perspective combination and timing in your selected server, if there are not enough players, your match making time will be longer than usual. If you are unable to get into a match, please try again in a different time.

Some time, while aim tranfer the crosshair colour is not shows great visibility in dark and bright places.
