I contacted customer support about trying to get my account back that I can't log into because I upgraded my phone and it can't recognize the new device. I tried secondary verification but the method doesn't send a code to a phone number or email and it put out a parameter error (none are linked to the account since I only log in with Twitter) and they are "trying" to assist me by asking me to provide transaction history from March and April but I don't have ANY uc purchases on ANY of my cards in April. You must have to add function in the game for check the registration date of the account. In PUBG mobile no have any options for check registration date.
For example if someone was created his PUBG mobile account before 2 or 3 years ago with Facebook. And after some time he unlink his Facebook account from pubg mobile and have added his new link like Gmail Twitter or mobile they are not able to check the registration date of the account.
99.99% people do not have the same social media account still everyone changed his social media account many times.
many times user have all the login of the account user have all the purchase recipient of the account and only 1 Link added by hacker or scammer . Now if user want to unlink the hacker link he can't unlink because you will ask about registration date.and because of changed social media account in PUBG mobile user unable to check the registration date. User have all the login all the purchase recipient have butonly 1 login no have and he want to remove but you will not help the user 200% .
a real owner of the account can provide you all the login details with password and all the purchase recipient for unlink hacker link but he can't check the registration date.now he will failed to unlink.
Same thing happened with me 7 days ago I have all the login all the purchase recipient and I want to remove mobile number. I was asking for help from your customer support but no one help me and still my account not recovered.
Provide a options for registration date check or remove registration date from requirements if someone wants to recover his account.
Looks if someone was created his account with Facebook and after some time he removed Facebook and linked Gmail now he can provide you Gmail linked date he can't provide you the registration date of account because it's your mistake there is no have any options to check.
and always you say check from playstore or app store PUBG installed date. There will be 0 user those who installed game before 2 or 3 years ago and have not deleted user everyday delete game and download again fresh game.so no one able to check the registration date from playstore and appstore also

If you do not have access to your PUBG MOBILE account, it is highly unlikely that customer service will be able to help you out, @pale gale. You can still try to contact them by tapping on the Help option located on the login screen. Your other option is to create a new account and continue playing the game.

Even you have access to your PUBG mobile account they will not help you bro.
they will ask to you for the registration date of your account. And I am 100% sure you don't have registration date because 99% user have not the same social media account from there they created her account first time. Because 99% user changed social media account from pubg mobile and they are unable to provide the registration date and tencent will not recover the account.
