To start with, please perform a routine repair of the game from login menu and if it is possible for you, please reset your device settings one time through Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings. I'm using Twitter since it's the only social media linked to my account, I got a new phone and turned in my old one and secondary verification wasn't on, it had a question mark, but it didn't have an option to turn it off or on either. There is my email that's linked too but it keeps saying my device isn't recognized and is asking me to either do SMS verification or use the code. The codes I screenshot are not working and the parameter error tells me it sent the code to "." no number or email shows up so there is no way for me to log in. I understand, but I'm going to try Krafton support since I can directly send screenshots and hopefully have them get a better grasp or understanding of the perplexed situation. It's a parameter error, and as long as it's there, or as long as secondary verification is on, I can't get into my account, no matter how much proof I provide to customer support that I do in fact own the account. The game settings just unable me to have access to it with my new phone for these reasons.

Hello dear developers of the PUBG MOBILE game today at 18:30(Moscow TIME) I bought 300+25uc and there was a promotion when buying 300+25uc you will receive up to 6000uc and they did not come to me as a gift if I bought uc on the Kachi shop website.
It's been 2 days and nothing has come.
It is mentioned on the event that you can get up to 6000 UC, which means that the bonus amount will be random and you can get any amount between 0-6000, @rancid knot.
