I need help, I got a new phone and I'm trying to play pubg but it keeps saying because it's a unrecognized device and secondary verification isn't on, that it's sending a verification code, but it doesn't say whether it's a phone number or email because when I check both, they aren't there. If I change the password however, or hit "obtain" if I want to log on with that method then it gives a parameter error. As long as an account has been used for cheating activities, no matter who the person involved is (whether it is the owner or someone else), the account is bound to be terminated as per the terms of service of the game, @night cloak. The first one is to find and pick the sacrab charm, and the second one is to purchase anything from the desert merchant shop. No matter how many times I've tried to complete the mission but it still wouldn't count. I've tried everything, I've repaired the game, even reinstalled it but still it won't resolve the issue.
