there are positives and negatives of both high and low sensitivity

Low sensitivity is good for accuracy but you need to be fast with your aim
High sensitivity is fast but you need to get really good with your accuracy

Back in my earlier days of gaming I usually wrote down sensitivity settings for the games I played, the one I remember was from Battlefield 4 where my sensitivity was 55%, but when I replayed the game about a year later, it was unplayable for me, I had to switch to something like 12% sensitivity
