Hi everyone, I’m a long-time PUBG MOBILE player from Vietnam.

My game account (UID: 52199347220) was hacked after I accidentally logged into a fake site. The attacker changed my name to HP・ʚVodkaaɞ, removed my Facebook link (now disabled), and joined another clan.

Since then, I’ve sent over 10 support tickets to VNG (Vietnam publisher) with:

• Full evidence: before/after screenshots, device details, and account info
• Clear statement that I only want to recover my game account, not my Facebook

⚠️ But VNG has ignored everything.
They closed my case, gave no reply, and didn’t investigate at all.
