My PUBG Mobile account was permanently banned for 10 years for cheating—but I didn’t cheat. I hadn’t played the game for a long time because my phone was broken. When I finally got a new device and logged in, I found out the account was banned. The in-game name was even changed, which clearly means someone hacked into it while I was away.

I explained everything to PUBG support. I told them I never used any hacks, that I’ve spent money on this account, and that this was the first time anything like this has ever happened. But no matter what I say, they keep replying with the same message: "You used cheats. Ban is final."
They’re not listening. They’re not even trying to understand that I was hacked and it wasn’t me. It honestly feels hopeless and really unfair. I worked hard on that account for years and now it’s all gone because of something I didn’t even do.
