So Ender put out a video today. Basically all of the stuff we figured out in here...but he has one piece of information that Ben shared with him and not us apparently. Basically the stuff from the actual Scottish lore on Haggis. That some have longer right legs, and some have longer left legs. Which makes them run either clockwise or counter-clockwise. Supposedly they run counter clockwise in game. So running counter-clockwise around mountains is supposedly supposed to be the way to find them.

I don't believe that's what spawns them, but it helps you run into them easier.

With 6-8, 8-10, and 10-12 feed time. I'd say 8-12 would be a good time to try it. Testing it now.

Yeah I don't think it causes them to spawn in or anything. But there are definitely one posted of longer left legs, and longer right legs. About half and half. So running circles one direction around a mountain instead of zig-zag grid searching like I've been doing is probably a more efficient way to find them.

Around the Standing Stones there are 3 Sight Stones (archaeological term), if you stand on top of the South stone, all the stone-points rise above the horizon, except for a few. Look at those and spot the land beyond the stone-point and place a waypoint. I can tell you that one of the waypoints falls precisely on one of the X's marked on this map...

Spent several hours today looking for haggis on my map, I knew of the shorter legs deal with the lore and was looking more on the side of mountains. I didn't see nor hear anything for haggis. But I'm a very determined guy and quest will continue later 👍🫡

The standing stones remind me too much of Outlander (show on Starz), my wife loves that show. Anyways for those that haven't watched it, basically some people can time travel through the stones when they have gemstones on them. They can hear a buzzing sound near the stones. None of this information helps with finding a haggis.....but 🤷‍♂️

I don't think it's viable. It's not going to spawn them in I don't believe. It did however lead to me go look at all the ones posted, and realize about half of them have longer right legs, and half have longer left legs which is Scottish lore accurate.

Yeah Ender made a vid about it. It's a good theory, and brought to light they have 2 types of them after I looked at pics of all the ones posted half are longer right, half longer left. Basically the stuff from the actual Scottish lore on Haggis. That some have longer right legs, and some have longer left legs. Which makes them run either clockwise or counter-clockwise. Doesn't hold water on finding them though.

I will say this. While walking on this map there is a new sound that happens randomly. Kinda sounds like cartridges loading or equipment malfunction, or some other non-natural sound. Hard to describe. Very unique and distinct, nothing like the rumored bagpipes. My initial description was that of dying/sick cat wailing out, or a large bird calling/screaching. Y'all will know it's different by now. I'm sure you've all heard the different animal calls. The haggis will be unique.
