Welcome to Labrador’s taiga district, The land of the sea duck’s. This hunting district was established in 2015, along the northeastern coast of Newfoundland and Labrador Canada.
While walking through the boreal forest, you can find the coyote, Canada lynx, and the Newfoundland caribou. Around the coast you find many ducks like the common eider, harlequin duck, and the surf scoter. And in the mountains, you can find the feral goat. Welcome to Newfoundland.

I'm all for more North American game birds and a new Caribou species. Is this the same as the QL Caribou or different?

This should also give a rework to how decoys are placed and give us another option for decoys. We should be able to have multiple decoys on a line and throw them out in the water, like irl. It's very annoying to place decoys since you can't go very far out from the shore which means you have a very limited area where you can place decoys.

The boat idea is absolutely great and i'd love to have it with how much i hunt ducks. Also.. what are you thinking for the reserves weapon? I'd say a shotgun for all the waterfowl, but it's up to you.

Feral goats and Feral Sheep

While interesting, the presence of wolves would prevent either from actually existing

Plus the sheep on Newfoundland are not exactly known to have horns

I remember including both Harp Seal and Grey Seal for my Newfoundland Reserve concept considering the provinces seal hunt (for gameplay purposed we would only be using rifles)

One bird species a Newfoundland & Labrador Reserve would likely come with are what the people there call “Turrs” which are the Common Murre and Thick-billed Murre

On a minor note the Canada Lynx is more of a Class 2 species in my opinion, they are tall but rather lightweight when compared to the much heavier Eurasian Lynx

The Labrador defense 28G

(Based off the MOSSBERG INTERNATIONAL SA-28 - TACTICAL TURKEY.)

[Gun desc]

This semi auto 28g shotgun is used mostly for defense from wild animal attacks, especially from the Yukon’s wolf and bear attacks. But Also mostly used for fast flying birds and ducks, this shotgun can hold up to 5 shells in total.

The Labrador pro waterfowl 20G

(Based off the Savage Arms Stevens 301 20 Gauge 3in Matte Black Single Shot Shotgun - 26in)

This 20g single shot is for people who wants a challenge, Mostly used by pro waterfowl hunters across the globe. We don’t recommend using this gun for self defense, unless you’re fast at reloading…just make sure the shell is fully inside the shotgun.

[Chokes]

What are chokes ?: Hunting chokes are interchangeable tubes that screw into the muzzle end of a shotgun barrel to control the spread of the shot pellets. Different choke constrictions create varying shot patterns, impacting the effective range and density of the shot cloud

Skeet chokes: used for rabbits

Modified cylinder choke: used for grouse / upland birds/ ducks / geese etc

modified choke with FastSteel : used for sea ducks.

I’m down for this, only issue I have is the established date, which is always the year the reserve releases, so 2015 doesn’t make much sense.
