#Backfills & Changes with the Askiy Ridge Release

Just make the rifle standalone so I don't have to pay 13$ for a map I won't play for a gun I want to use
You're right, but it's too late to add it to this map, but I'm sure that one day they'll do all that or who knows, they might do it in this update as compensation for not being on the map.
It’s late to backfill them in the near future and still give them a low population
I don't know, on a map with 19 species I highly doubt they'll do a backfill, what's more, I doubt they'll do any backfill on maps after Mississippi, that is, from Revontuli onwards.
The caribou seems worse than the reindeer.
Mule Deer and Bighorn Sheep are newly remodeled now. This change will be reflected in other maps, right?
No, I have put the confirmed changes and others that I would like to see in this update.
I mean anything is possible…. Considering a lot of people keep mentioning cougars and grizzly bears and coyotes myself included I feel like it’s only a matter of time before they have to be backfilled.
I think the Caribou on Yukon should be renamed to "Barren-ground Caribou" instead of "Alaskan Caribou"
Actually, either one will work with me
on maps before Revontuli for sure, but on later maps I highly doubt it.
According to the distribution I saw, Rangifer tarandus granti is in Alaska.
Grant’s Caribou, definitely.

I've been doing some more research, and it seems the Grant Caribou is a subpopulation of the Barren-Ground Caribou.
In short, if they change the name, it would be Barren-Ground Caribou.
