It didn't disappear, I had the same issue multiple time. What happens basically is that the game still thinks it is displayed there, but it is invisible for some reason, what you have to do is to go to trophy manager, scroll down until you find the trophy and press retrieve trophy from there. After you can place it again and it should be visible
