Okay, so it's currently 1:23am here
And even if it was 3 hours ago, that still is 10pm-ish.

EOD for EW I believe is between 5 and 6pm, so they would have been out of office already unfortunately.
Your best bet is to be as patient as possible until tomorrow and hope there isn't so huge a backlog in tickets that you are seen and replied to quickly
