Lost all my progress

Hello i hope the staff or a developer of the game can help me so i installed the game back because i wanted to play and when i hit play and going to multiplayer i saw everything was erased my lvl progress everything except my dlcs any help please?

same here, although i do have my lvl progress and weapons, but no money, no trophies nothing

You probably had your document file deleted in which case I’d check your recycle bin but other than that there’s no way to recover it I believe.
