mouse is still but my characters still looking around

i keep my mouse still and my person keeps looking up down left and right, anyone know how to fix

In case you have an other controller just remove it and it should solve your problem

I'm sorry it didn't solve your problem. Did you try an other mouse? Maybe in game settings you could remove alternative controls or mouse calibration. Hope you will find a solution, just let us know if you find, it could help later.

are you talking about weapon sway when aiming? that is a normal part of game, you can never been perfectly still while aiming a weapon.
