It would completely ruin the realism and simulation. There is no geographic location in which all the species we currently have in the game can survive.

obviously keeping to the realism aspect would impose limitations on which animal species could be used, however looking at the stats in the below link both china and brazil would be good options for the location with them being the most bio diverse countries, I am pretty sure that with how good the devs are at there job they can come up with something along the lines of what i was describing. It is a game so we have to allow them the freedom to see if this sort of idea would work or not and the possibility for them to create there own reserve like nothing we get irl.

taking the fact that it is a game there is very limited realism involved with it right now to be fair considering:

we have a infinite fuel ATV that has restricted speed
we don't need to eat
we don't need to drink
we have a instant store in the middle of nowhere (should be order it then wait xx amount of time for delivery going with realism)
we walk up to the harvest and collect it instead of collecting the harvest and then transporting to sale points etc
we cant swim
there is no realistic in game chat option
rain and such has no effect on the hunt
camo has no effect at all (snow gear in a desert and its apparently not gunna look suspicious to a animal)

realistically a reserve can be huge (several hundred km range) encompassing land from multiple countries via border connections

i sorta miss explained the idea initially as i could not for the life of me explain what i was meaning

The basis of CotW is to recreate hunting scenarios from real locations, all the maps we have to date are recreations of real places, with plants and trees native to each region correctly positioned in the eco-region of the map to which they belong...
There is no geographic region that contains all the plant species necessary for the subsistence of all animal species on each continent.

it would be an epic nightmare with how big the map would be and how much work would go into it but still would be nice to see.

as for realistic reserves, there is nothing stopping the devs creating there own reserve based on a location or mix of locations it is at the end of the day a GAME

just looked at previous posts, people are complaining my idea isn't realistic where as the suggestions for us to require food and water which is 1 of the most realistic things we can get in games and everyone is down voting it. so please don't use realism as an excuse to prevent things happening in a video game

how many load screens do you see per session,

as someone who lets time pass naturally and doesn't use tents and outposts for fast travel i see very little

Quite frankly, a reserve like this would not only make zero sense but cause so many problems and most likely cause massive hemorrhaging of EW’s money and resources, therefore making it not worth it when you can make like 10 reserves with equal species and have it be worth even more.
