Welcome to Russia’s Far East! These lands call to you—explore nearly uncharted forests and steep cliffs, teeming with a wide variety of game. Witness the wary Asiatic black bear foraging, Mongolian wolves on the hunt for prey, stunning Manchurian wapiti, and abundant Amur moose. But beware: the Ussuri brown bear roams these territories. Never leave the outpost without a sidearm in Ussuri territory.

The reserve banner would feature the beautiful Amur Tiger, there would even be a mission line dedicated to photographing one of the mere hundreds in the wild

Instead of Red Deer, Sika Deer would be a better ā€œPotentialā€ Species (since Manchurian Sika are known from the area and get rather big)

I also like the idea of making it so that while there may be Tigers, you can only take pictures of it (invalid target otherwise)

I think a 28 Nosler would pair really well with this reserve,it could fit really well in either 4-9 or 5-9.

A few more pictures of the wide variety of environments,it’s very reminiscent of Layton,Srp,Yukon!

And as much as I’d like to have it snow on this map,I’m not sure how likely it would be as we haven’t gotten something like that since Yukon.

Right! We haven’t seen a good mission line in a bit,the DLC gun would actually have a use,and the map…it’s quite dangerous unlike EC,EC is barely dangerous,1000+ pound crocodiles do minimum damage to you, kangaroo punches feel like the tortilla slap challenge, imagine hunting Manchurian Wapiti amongst the fall leaves, you get the elk down and you hear the roar of an ussuri bear, you have mere seconds to react with a bullet out of a casull before it tackles you and devours you for your elk, that’s what I love about Vurhonga and Yukon there’s a risk for your reward.

This is such a great idea. A Siberian map that isn't just a generic snowy forest would be really interesting.

Although I wouldn’t mind their addition, they just need to capture their illusiveness better than they did on Sundarpatan.

How do you mean? Siberian Tigers rarely attack humans, with an average of 1 person dying by tigers in the far east each year. The main reason for attacks is habitat encroachment though, so they will become more common. Still, they are far less aggressive than Bengal Tigers, with several Bengals having killed counts in the hundreds, with one (the Beast of Champawat) surpassing 400 kills.

So that’s not true, and the Siberian Tiger, living in far eastern Russia and China, is not nearly in as close contact with humans as Bengal, Malayan, Sumatran, and South China Tigers. They live in one of the least densely populated places on earth. The entirety of the Russian Far East District has about 8 million people, and tigers live in only a small portion of that district, about 650,000 km2 of the total 7,000,000 km2.

I don't want to disappoint you or change you mind but the amur tiger has long faced the problem of extensive deforestation, poaching and significant reduction it habitat. It has gotten to the point that in winter tigers eat hundreds of village dogs, because poachers are killing lot of a tiger natural prey. The last kill was an hour ago, 40 km from the village Glubinnoye. There have been cutting down the forest there in an industrial scale for decades. The consequences of deforestation are everywhere.

Here I want to share a very interesting video, where the famous international hunter J. Alain Smith is in search of the Asiatic black bear in the Russian Far East. From a hunting blind, he spotted a Siberian tiger and a Ussuri bear at the bait site while waiting for the Asiatic black bear.

Unless they make a difference between moose subspecies, i don’t want moose for this map. Otherwise would be cool
