Broken missions on EC and NEM

Not sure if this is also happening on other maps, but there are missions on New England Mountains and Emerald Coast that require you to be holding the weapon used when harvesting the animal in order for you to complete the missions. This seems to be a bug because you don't have to do this on other missions and there are no mission instructions informing you that this is a requirement. I only found out how to resolve the issue by googling the error online and asking in discord.

A lot of time and practise goes into completing some of the more difficult missions, so it can be frustrating when you eventually fulfil the requirements but don't pass the checks.

It doesn't. As I said in the OP, the mission is completed when you hold the weapon while harvesting the kill. This seems to be a bug in a couple of the most recent maps released so I'm drawing attention to them.

I did send a pretty detailed bug report for the New England mission, once I discovered what was happening several months back, on its release.
It was disheartening to discover another mission on EC with the same discrepancy and finding I didn't have to actually "do" the mission, per se.

Had a mission where I needed to visit all of the landmarks but I already revealed the entire map beforehand so I couldn’t complete that mission. Complete BS

I discover all my maps before starting missions. If you revisit those POIs it should trigger them to complete.
