Have you created a lodge first? It's more than just buying the DLC. From your first screenshot, it looks like what you are trying to do is share your (already existing) lodge on multiplayer. If you have not yet actually created a lodge yourself, see this video. It is a bit old, but the process is the same https://youtu.be/Hpcz-do6Ykk
