we had a amazing swan once. we were fishing and it was tangled in fishing line round its neck. obviously in trouble so we lured it to the bank with bread and my father in law grabbing it . was going mental. then he took the fishing line off its neck it knew we was helping it and after releasing it back on the water it stayed with us all day. was cool

Well there are a couple of issues too .... If your animal density is too large then the game becomes a shooting gallery and not a hunting game .... Hunting means you actually have to hunt for animals

It was stated by Jaxy in-stream that elephants "weren't happening anytime soon"

and the devs made their stance on endangered species pretty clear in an article that's dated from around when the game released

I know In real life they sell rhino tags for a ton of money. However the rhinos are picked out ahead of time and are rhinos that are killing other rhinos. This would be way too much of a story to try and put into a video game.

I think they're used for hog hunting in Texas and such, if I'm remembering past conversations in the server correctly
