I would assume that the indiginous people (or current residents) of an area would use them. I would also assume it would be where they grow sort of like white sage used by Native Americans. Sooo the place the map woukld be is 1. where it is growing...or 2. where the fruit is shipped to and it is used a second time (repurposed) as a drinking utensil. If that is South America, Asia, or shipped and used in Africa (or grown there)...then the map is most likely there?

It also says that through DNA studies the calabash found in the Americas originated from the African ones. You can only hunt red deer and you get like 4 spawned in for a 64km^2 map.
