Pheasants used to be really common where I live about 40 years ago, unfortunately changes in farming practices doomed them and now all our hunted pheasants are captive raised, released during the first week of the season just to be shot

Basically the pheasants cant rely on farmland for cover anymore since folks just mow it down early

i stayed in my map 12 hours irl without resetting time or leaving, ive killed 2k plus animals, done all missions, visitied all outposts landmarks and spottowers, i have left multiple of every animal species dead, laying around, nothing

ive tried staring at the moon at 2am doing a few other things here and there all types of stuff
