Unlike Unreal engines, Apex displays the entire render field at all times, not just what we are seeing, so extending the Range means doubling the amount of resources consumed.

The bug you mention may be just an assessment on your part.
Have you cleared the pressure spot from the area where you expect the animal to respawn?
How do you know that its spawn point is in the same place where you killed it? Have you waited the time required for it to spawn at its spawn point and then the time required for the animal to walk to its need zone?

I see complaints but no one provides evidence or explains how the error occurs and how they measured it. If there is no data, there is no way for the studio to reproduce the bug and find the error that needs to be corrected.

Big facts.
Even if people think telling EW "this isn't working" etc does nothing - I will never say they don't take in the feedback.
If something went wrong and you aren't getting males respawned then surely it would be worth looking over. Showing clips like "Here are my zones, it's been x hours/days in game and nothing is coming back" is absolutely worth sending. Because lets be honest here, they def adjusted their AI to respond better, not to make sure no males ever respawn.

General complaints and issues with the update are also valid - because there may be some middle ground that Devs can figure out and readjust if it's truly this impossible for people.
And voicing these issues is ALSO okay. Just you know, do it respectfully/civil like.
No one is going to listen to a verbal middle finger - not you, not the Devs. Talking things over is how ish gets done.

Is anyone else hunting pheasants using the Pointer? For several days I was loving having Travis find them, and then we'd sneak up and he'd flush 'em and I'd shoot 'em! But after the Hot Fix they're spooking before we get close. 😒

Guys it’s not this hard. The pheasants have great eyes. They will see you from a little over 80 to 100 m you need to be crouching you need your dog needs to be out in front of you searching. Also if you spot a pheasant with your binoculars, you can hit a soft point with your dog, meaning that dog will lock into that pheasant alone. I wish I could stream it, but I don’t know how to do this in this discord or they don’t want us to.

I appreciate what you're saying. But, I shot 100+ pheasants with the dog in the first few days of the update. I'm telling you I know how to hunt pheasants with the Pointer, but my pheasants are spooking differently after the Hot Fix. Glad yours aren't.

To I would say it was very unpleasant to play the first few days with the pointer and trying to work it right and work these peasants correctly I would say the last two days I have thoroughly enjoyed visit hunting. It has worked much better for me maybe other people it’s just a little glitchy not too sure

Before the Hot Fix, my Pointer was able to get into Flush distance 90% of the time. After the Hot Fix, he gets into Flush distance maybe 50% of the time.

I will say something that helped me was if the pheasant overly nervous, I would stop walking try to pause the dog and that would help

Yep I do the same. Maybe try re-downloading the game and it’ll get a little better not too sure. I’ll be hopping on in a little bit. Definitely gonna pay attention to this.

Also, from what I’ve seen consoles tend to have the most buggy versions of the game, my personal opinion I’m on PC it’s been working pretty decently

I think I finally figured out why the 450 bushmaster is only a 4-7. I used a sectional density calculator, and you need like a 95-100 grain 270 to have the same weight for caliber as the 450 bushmaster

also explains why the 270 goes to class 8 as well
