Not everyone does HM. Most of my hunting is strolling and following tracks with a bow. It's more fun. I only do need zones when I'm in the mood for diamond collecting or need cash.

Never done a grind. Did set up a very basic herd management for reindeer with a casual kill rate but it was repetitive and boring. Want to do the same for fallow, red deer and black bear in the future at some point. Not grinds but basic hm.

No. Wolves used to hunt and kill other animals but they removed the killing part because people didnt want the wolves killing their diamonds and rares iirc
