Really looking forward to the new muzzleloader. I'm quite a big fan of the Hudzik, partly because of its versatility with one ammo doing 3-7 and another 4-8, but also because it's fun and kind of tense when you know you have one shot and if you flub it then you likely won't have time for a second shot.

I would love if we eventually got a muzzleloader for small game like a .32 or something for Class 1-2, kind of like the Kullman, but single-shot.

I have at times thought about a muzzleloading pistol, but the single-shot .243 R. Cuomo pistol kind of fills that niche for me now so I'm happy enough.

Are they inefficient compared to modern weapons? Of course they are, but that's not the point.

It's basically the same reason we have traditional bows in the game, it makes for variety and interesting hunting.

Ultimately if you don't like a weapon then you don't have to use it, that's the beauty of it all. There are so many pistols, rifles, shotguns, bows and you can just pick what you want and ignore the rest.

Obviously you don't know your history, muzzleloaders were vital for war, food, and defense from the time gunpowder became available to just the beginning of last century. If it weren't for the flintlocks and cap & balls you wouldn't have what you like today. Have some respect for the elder guns....at least I only need one shot irl for hunting as opposed to the others that like put 15+ holes in a target just to put it down due to poor aiming, handling of weapon, etc.

Every animal in your population has a set of need zones. When the animals get wiped, the need zones go with them
