Yeah except for with deer coyotes and other predators. Sometimes rabbits. I’ve had to pull multiple animals out of there mouths. They’re pretty well trained though so it’s not too terrible

my cats (I have a Calico and a Russian Blue) both eat their food in like complete polar opposites. Advenger (the Russian Blue) will legit just devour a can of Friskers in like legit 45 ish seconds, while Cleo (the Calico) will eat 20% to 30% of her food, then go on guard duty and escape the "pure evil dogs" who just walk by and then finish most of it. But the dogs won't go near Cleo, and she does hiss and swat at them. She will just sometimes sit on top of the trashcan lid and when the pure evil dogs walk by, she'll swat at them. While Advenger will just lick Tank and Tasha as if they're cats

And Advneger (since the last time I weighed him) is around 20.5 ish pounds. He's a chonker

I've two new bunnies on show today, 1st is Pebble.. a rabbit who hasnt gone to the petstore yet as his eye infection he contracted shortly after birth is still ongoing treatment, and althrough he survived his nasty infection and its slowly being beating through still requires treatment and daily cleaning has by the look of it renderd him blind in one eye.. hope the store will still execpt him as they promised they would.. and second is the most unquiely patterned bunnie i've ever had.. my previous litters from my lop couples have all been of one colour with the odd fox pattern.. but this new cute is half lionhead like the pic above.. so both carrie genes from a new liniage and mum is suspect their may be dutch in the lionhead mothers side.. it might be a keeper..

Finaly come dawn today, and after much pumping and scrubbing the fish are saved, and the tank and filters finaly free of its creasy cookie desater pollution... now the fish are breathing ok in a clean tank, we can rebuild its clensed gracel bed, and yes that is my faverate Tench trying hide at the back, the weeds will take longer to clean, so he will feel stressed for a while longer without his thick weedbed in which he would naturaly hide.. he'll sulk for now but aleast hes alive..

we keep tench in ponds here in the uk, i bought him in a garden ceter.. its a local faverate. but he's currently small so hes ok in the tank.. as he grows slower than my steel carp..
this is him before when he was new to the tank... and happy.. even bold and unshy to be seen close and when feeding.. he's pale for now.. but he'll darken as he gets older..

in a few years my dream will be for him to grow up to look like this beutuy.. and as a Tench is also known as the docter fish he'll help keep the pond in good health as he cleans and grazes the bottom and keeps the carp's mess and weeds health in better check

nice a good qualety lop, i breed them so i will warn you, they are one of the messyest and gusty rabbit breeds you can adopt, so a good large hutch "preferably with some groundspace if you have room" and a good hutch clean at least once per week, as they will build up on the poop fast.. oh and if you give it a partner.. i also recogmend when you see the signs of nest building you separate the male if you can as the male can pertentonaly crush the litter as the lops are a very havey and heavy footed breed.. nice though

My baby girl had blood drawn today and was x-rayed, after her bloody diarrhea didn't stop with meds we'd gotten her last week. It's apparently a intenstinal infection and she's on antibiotics now, which will hopefully resolve the issue. said goodbye to my latest pair of bunbuns as these lovly girls were on their way to the shop.. even had a fresh customer begging her partener to leave the store before she was forced to buy them, a funny kind of complament but my bunnies could break hearts with their well bred cutness.. only now as i'm payed for these lovely girls i'm told the bad news that puts me and my house bred rabbits in jeperdy... because of private pedigre breeder club presser ..as of september its very likly a ban on all 3rd party sales on small animals such as hamsters, guniapigs and my rabbits will be put in place.. cutting most of us breeders out of the game.. and putting a stop on most small or big petstores on gaining a population surpply.. a corner cutting ploy but its not only me whos loosing my abilety to sell, but it will put most small town petstores out of bunisses as they won't have a affordable nor avalable surpply... but thats not the worst part... what will i now do with 10 rabbits who will no longer be allowed to breed and i cannot afford to maintain their upkeep let alone the bill of sterilzing the bucks...? nor able to simply rehome as you can't with adult rabbits... my just as shafted shopkeeper who i provided only remaining answear was ...stew? 😟

well its been over 2 weeks since i seperated the tank plants from their Cookie Doh disaster... and since unable to clean them with chemicals without killing them , i put them in an isolation tub where i allowed them to sort out their greesy coating the natural way, periodicly clenseing their water through the flow of a bath tap... and putting them to light in the bathroom window.. and it payed off.. now today i put the three large clump plants "seperated their breakoff offspring with a nice number" and settled them back in as their once collected clump much to my Tench Sage's delight.. and imedeutly made himself at home and even to my surprise started tidying them up a behaiver i didnt know Tench did? maybe they even make small dive homes or Snag holes and tend to them like this in the wild...? that would be so cool to know if they did... 😄
