Idk if I should opt for her or just go with one of the babies cause they're more affordable. If I could do a payment plan then it could work. Can I justify $600 on a gecko tho?

honestly - look into rack housing for them. They're annoying to deal with 😭

easier to buy in the bulk of 2-300 and store them long term

some will pupate (you can still feed those ones)
but they may hatch to beetles and you can keep the beetles in another rack/chamber for attempted breeding

but it's something that holds a little moisture, has great nutritional value for the roaches, can be fed raw or cooked
they also will need a little protein - so bust up some of penny's kibble into as close to powder/crumbs as you can, and let them gnaw on that like once a week
it's wild but you want to offer them a balanced diet in a sense
